The 1 and 2 star reviews are dead on. Getting inspection report from the dealership via email is not possible since they want to get you into the dealership. Sales floor is a party atmosphere with very loud music. Sales people (Miguel Pagan) and manager Rick Guzman are not happy and do not genuinely want to help you. I didn't even get to a test drive and glad that I did not go through the sales process. I could only imagine the slimy tactics they would use to pile on unnecessary fees. Stay away and work with a more reputable dealership. More

I’m retired, have enough assets and don’t need another payment or a bunch of warranties. Then, my broker friend called to speak with a manager, he talked with Chris White who told him he would take full control of this and give me a call. As of yet I have heard nothing and actually I have now purchased a vehicle closer to home. I recognize sending a car to South Carolina from your location creates some complexity but it’s being done all the time now. You had a truck I was very interested in. Do not buy a car from here! !! I bought a brand new Renegade in November of 2022 and the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. There was a $500 charge that was unaccount !! I bought a brand new Renegade in November of 2022 and the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. There was a $500 charge that was unaccounted for, which I was able to catch by doing the math myself and was reimbursed after calling multiple times to sort it out. Additionally they charged me $5k for a warranty without ever disclosing the price. They promised a sun roof as part of the total price, and gave me half of one- again without discussing the details of this. On top of this, I haven't even had my car for more than a month since I purchased it. The cluster is faulty, which it came with, so clearly they don't inspect the cars thoroughly. Then when I went to get it fixed, the cluster wouldn't work again so it's being looked at for a third time. Essentially I bought a faulty car, for an unreasonable price. Derek Webb was very rude and unhelpful. Being the sales manager, he's got the final say- so beware you won't be able to compromise at the highest level of management. I would never do business with them again and encourage everyone to look elsewhere. Currently looking into options to return my car or sell it after losing so much money here. Completely unacceptable business practices. More
