Honestly, I was a little iffy bringing my car back to this dealer just because of my experiences with the Service managers, but after working with Chuck, I will 100% go back and will request for Chuck go this dealer just because of my experiences with the Service managers, but after working with Chuck, I will 100% go back and will request for Chuck going forward. Chuck was awesome; very professional, and great customer service skills. When I pulled into the service dock, you can tell he was in the middle of assisting another customer but still made the effort to stop by me to see if I had an appointment and to let me know someone will be right with me. I waited maybe 3 minutes in my car, and as soon as he was done assisting his other customer he came right over to me to assist. He went over everything to make sure it’s exactly what I requested online. I also told him I was going on a road trip and to request if they could check a few extra things for me to which he said he will make sure to let the guys know. The fact that he actually listened to me and not make me feel rushed or stupid for asking. All the other times working with a service manager have not been 5 stars, always feeling rushed when I get there or felt like they forgot about me towards the end. This is the first time a service manager came by me to let me know my car was ready- all the other times I have to go to them, and my car has been sitting there for a while. Chuck showed me my car’s "report card" and went over a few things I should get done and answered all the questions I had. If I could give more stars to Chuck I would. 100% would recommend Chuck for Service Manager/ advisor. Chuck, thank you!! More
Chuck was very helpful, he provided the extra attention to assure I was understanding some of the things needed for service. A lot of customers don't like to have their vehicle serviced at the dealership with high cost & service advisors having customers buy things that are not really need, Chuck is the exception as a service advisor, great job Chuck, I will be back & will ask for you going forward. Service here is HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this dealer! Bought a used car and was promised the car would be inspected, buffed, repaired and detailed. Took me 3 hours t I would not recommend this dealer! Bought a used car and was promised the car would be inspected, buffed, repaired and detailed. Took me 3 hours to get home in the rain. Wipers not working, car won't surpass 60 mph, never detailed, never buffed and missing a part of the door that was repaired. A bunch of broken promises and once I left the dealer, nobody would respond to my concerns! Sure the car is purchased AS IS but the dealer has an obligation to disclose these NEEDED repairs and should only re-sell SAFE cars NOT ones that can cause a SERIOUS injury to others! More
