I came in (no appointment at the time) with a multitude of issues on my vehicle. Marco, ram a diagnostic and determined there were 37 issues coming up on my truck. Brought my RAM 1500 into service to have a new bed cover installed. The waiting area was very nice as were the amenities. The Service Manager kept me apprised of status.
