My experience with Zeigler is probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a vehicle dealership. I originally entered the dealership to buy out my vehicle lease so I could more ea experience I have ever had in my life with a vehicle dealership. I originally entered the dealership to buy out my vehicle lease so I could more easily trade it on a newer vehicle purchase. (FYI the buy out amount was about $28000). Zeigler did not have a vehicle model on their lot I was looking for, but said they could do the buy out paperwork. They also said they could assist in searching for the vehicle model I was looking for. Upon doing the buy out I was assured this would be the best route so I could trade in the vehicle. Upon doing so, I was never told what the terms of the contract were and not able to closely examine the contract, nor was I given a copy. I was told it would be emailed. My greatest mistake was to trust their integrity. I have bought two other vehicle from this dealership in the past with very positive results, the least thing from my mind was to not trust them. A day later (Tuesday) I found a vehicle at another dealership 126 miles away that had what I was looking for. I called Zeigler and asked if it was possible from them to assist. They said they could. The next day I was told (Wednesday) no problem, we can have the vehicle brought to Zeigler on Friday. On Friday I was told Zeigler had already sent the other dealer a check to secure the vehicle's delivery. Later in the day I was told there was a transportation problem and it could not be delivered until Saturday. Saturday came with the same excuse of transportation problems, I was assured the transporter had the vehicle but was not able to deliver the vehicle at this time because of issues with the transporter. Meanwhile, I was able to print the loan contract and found, instead of being financed $28000, the loan was for 38000. I showed this contract to a loan specialist I know and was told this loan is not legal. I should not have been assessed and extra $10,000. I then investigated where the vehicle was, I was suppose get. I called the other dealership and found, no deal had been struck with them by Zeigler for a vehicle delivery. The other dealership did say they spoke with Zeigler about an exchange, Zeigler was not in a position to make a decision until Monday or Tuesday the next week. I found not only had I been robbed of $10,000, but also repeatedly lied to about the status of this other vehicle. The bright side to all this I was able to work with the lender to cancel out this loan, so I am not screwed out of $10000. I am looking else where for the vehicle model I wish to buy. I do not know what has happened to Zeigler over the past seven years, obviously dishonest business practices have become the new normal. More

When repeatedly going to this dealership for the same issue and getting the run around also finding through extended warranty company(Zurich) that Ziegler informed (Falsified) them that they didn't insta issue and getting the run around also finding through extended warranty company(Zurich) that Ziegler informed (Falsified) them that they didn't install aftermarket parts on my vehicle brand new which prevented them initially from repairing my vehicle. Luckily I retained all paperwork/window stickers from purchase. My vehicle got repaired at another shop and paid instantly once I emailed Zurich a copy of dealer installed options from Ziegler. Upper/lower ball joints, steering linkage and alignment. Also the wire that the service dept.at Ziegler said that was rewired is still hanging with the tape to temporarily make not visible to myself when picking up my vehicle. Also dash board noise which was broken while repairing(header an weather seals) from water leaks. Now I will provide a google review and pics of all visits and repairs that wasn't properly fix which made my vehicle be out of service weeks at a time with no loaner car provide. Awful Service Dept.!!! More
