We had a slight bump the next day when I went to get the car undercoated, but Jessica in service was great. There was not a loaner available but she got it all taken care of. There was a very tall guy whose name I missed who was apparently in charge of such things who seemed to be more interested in talking on the phone than solving the problem—to the point of rudeness. There were a couple of other minor problems but Jessica was very patient in getting them solved. Many thanks to a helpful employee. More

Did not fix my car. Claimed it was a "jeep thing". They had my car for almost 3 weeks and did not fix it. Claimed it was not broken and it was a lifted Jeep issue. I have had lifted jeeps before and it was clearly not right. I took it to my own mechanic and he diagnosed it a short time. The ball joints were bad and jeep was clearly not alligned. He did not even feel it was safe to drive. More
