I have taken my pickup to Patriot for service on 3 different occasions. Each time I have dealt with Ramsey, and have been given 5 star service every time. My daughter and I came to Patriot Ford to purchase a Ford F-150 for my husband. My husband provided me with a description of the truck he wanted me to purchase, and I relayed this information to my salesman F-150 for my husband. James researched the inventory to find a truck that was identical to what my husband had requested, and I observed him conferring with other salesman as well. It became obvious the exact truck my husband had sent me to get was not going to be at the dealership, so James showed me some online that were similar. I finally decided I was going to forget about what my husband had requested and purchase what I wanted. I looked at James' computer and found the truck I wanted, a sterling gray metallic 2013 F-150 FX4. I relayed this info to James, and to my surprise he had already had an assistant locate it and pull it up for me to test drive. The truck was a demo that was in great condition and priced fairly. It was clear to me that James paid attention to me during the sale and somehow knew it was just a matter of time before I came to my senses! James was thorough as he showed us around the vehicle prior to my taking it for a test drive, and he was very friendly and personable throughout the sale. After doing research online, I called Patriot Ford in Purcell. I found them friendly, informative, and helpful. Upon my arrival I was introduced to Ray Moore. As a mature single woman, I sometimes fee Purcell. I found them friendly, informative, and helpful. Upon my arrival I was introduced to Ray Moore. As a mature single woman, I sometimes feel that businesses try to take advantage of me. However, that was not the case with Patriot Ford. Mr. Moore answered all of my questions, no question was too small and he also went out of his way to make certain that I understood all of the functions of the vehicle. He didn't just show me, he guided me through the cars features, all with a smile on his face. Most of all,I appreciate the fact that this dealership didn't do the price debate hassle as in the past. I had done a comparative research online, I knew what my car was worth as a trade in and about what I should be paying for the new vehicle. It was a no hassle approach and I do appreciate that. After the purchase of my vehicle Mr. Moore helped me to Sync my iphone, set the keyless entry, and various other things. No question seemed too small or silly and he made certain that I knew how to do each thing. I have received follow up calls to see how I am doing and if I have any new questions.
