Our overall experience with Patriot Ford and the entire staff was very enjoyable. There were no high-pressure sales gimmicks, just plain and simple sales combined with honesty. We went looking for a new Ford because we needed a car with more room. I had an Escape which I very much liked it just wasn't enough. We went to Patriot because we had heard they had good prices. We got m with more room. I had an Escape which I very much liked it just wasn't enough. We went to Patriot because we had heard they had good prices. We got more than we bargained for however. We didn't really expect to actually purchase a vehicle only look and check prices. Josh showed us a couple of F150's and we were pleasantly surprised to find that Patriot's Fords had more features than the ones closer to home. We found a bright red truck that we had not seen elsewhere and my husband fell in love. We talked about prices and decided that this was definately the place to be. There was no hassle just a straightforward hope to gain our business and it worked. Eric worked really hard on our financing and we were thankful. Sean was even so nice he brought us Sprite since he new the thought of that much money made me ill. They were so awesome. Josh was even so good as to deal with my belated phone calls of leaving my garage door opener in the old car while he was at home. Thanks Guys! Love love love my new truck! More

Saw their ad online and saw a truck that caught my eye. The price seemed right so off we went to Purcell for a look. Corwin greeted us and showed us around. Located the truck we saw on the internet and went for a test drive. Great truck by the way. We bought our last 3 vehicles from Bob Howard in OKC and were never happy. Can't remember why we kept going back, but we never will. Now that Patriot Ford is nearby, we will be going to them from now on. Corwin was the nicest salesperson we've ever met in our 35 years of buying cars. He showed us all the great features of the truck-things have really changed in the last few years! Anyhow, our experience wth Corwin and Patriot Ford was excellent and we will be telling our friends about them. Shane Cole was also very helpful in showing us around too. I reluctantly went to Patriot Ford with my husband to test drive a new truck with only a few miles on it. I say reluctantly because years ago, when it was another dealer (not Patriot), I had a VERY bad test drive a new truck with only a few miles on it. I say reluctantly because years ago, when it was another dealer (not Patriot), I had a VERY bad experience at that building. It is hard for me to revisit a place once I have had a bad experience. When we arrived the truck was sitting out front as the salesman promised it would be. My husband went out and looked at the truck. It had more miles than the website stated. My first thought was here we go again - dishonety. I was ready to leave. I let Sean know we would not test drive the truck and I was (because of my prior experiece) furious. He apologized and was very nice (which has to be hard when you have an irrate woman in your face). My husband (the calm one) decided to look at another truck. We were given the keys and sent on a test drive. They actually sent us without a salesman riding along trying to hardsell us on the truck during test drive. While we were gone, our trade in was looked over. Upon our return, we were dealt with fairly and honestly. Those are words I do not usually use with a car dealer. The people at Patriot Ford were very accomodating to our needs and treat customers well. They know that honesty makes a person a customer for life. I will continue to recommend Patriot Ford and Sean Barnes to others. I will also buy my next vehicle there. Thanks for making me comfortable purchasing a vehicle again. More

I was very pleased w/ Sean Barnes and the new vehicle team. No nonsense and very personable. I first talked to Sean over the phone to pre-screen for clowns, and he was very informative and patient, and w team. No nonsense and very personable. I first talked to Sean over the phone to pre-screen for clowns, and he was very informative and patient, and was willing to discuss what I was looking for. He did not give me "the come on over and then we can discuss" blah blah blah. He was willing to discuss what I was looking at online and give me answers to my questions and never pressured me to come in. I talked to other Ford dealers, (4), who would not discuss any info but wanted me to come over before discussing any details. I drove over to the dealership to look at the vehicle I was interested in and Sean was very personable and not all about selling me a vehicle, instead he was interested in ensuring my questions were answered, and had the vehicle ready to test drive. Upon deciding on the vehicle the process was very streamlined and prompt. The best thing was we completed our transaction in a very short amount of time and all the effort was expended by Sean and team doing the paper work to get me on my way. I did not feel like I was being courted and brown nosed but felt like I was at a place where I was working with friendly people. The process of trade in eval and offer was quick and extremely fair, with no going back and forth and wasting our time. Each customer may have their own process when looking and or making a purchase. I would encourage that as part of the process to include Patriot Ford if they have a vehicle you may be interested in, you should be very happy with the customer service and atmosphere. More
