I had a very good experience with Stan. He was available and prompt with his answers to all my requests. No one is ever going to be happy with the price because vehicles are so out of line but I am satisfie and prompt with his answers to all my requests. Was looking all over OKC for a very specific truck. Called Patriot Ford and got Sam, he went out and looked it up for us and said yes they had 2 that matched exactly what I was asking for (turned out t Called Patriot Ford and got Sam, he went out and looked it up for us and said yes they had 2 that matched exactly what I was asking for (turned out there was only 1 because I said 301a or 302a package but my wife nixed the 301a package when we got there). Got there in about 20 minutes at around 11am, deal done to both our satisfaction (neither of us quite happy about it so must have been decent deal for all) by about 11:40 with Shane being very frank and true to his word, financing and paperwork done by Lee in less than 35 minutes, very good and thorough. Overall, I hate buying new cars as it is a stressful and tough experience. This one was very easy and not nearly as stressful as any I have been through before. More
