I began my search for a new F 250 0n the internet by searching the model and options I was interested in. Many other dealers do not put a price on their website, they simply want someone to call them and ask. Once I decided to pursue the truck at Patriot I then made the call to inquire if they still had it on the lot. I first emailed the dealer late evening to confirm they still had the truck, they called me the next morning. I live approximately 70 miles from this dealer and could not make the trip to see the truck until the weekend. Once arriving at the dealer on a Saturday they were very helpful. I already knew what I wanted so the choosing was complete. Stan worked with us to get my trade evaluated and although the value of my trade was not what I expected, the price on the new one was a good value so some tradeoff was expected. The finance department worked hard to get us the interest rate we wanted and make the process as painless as possible. I will promote Patriot Ford to friends and anyone that has interest in a vehicle. More

I did quite a bit of price research before I went to Patriot Ford so I was confident I could get the best deal for my money. By the time I finished the purchase nearly everyone else at Patriot Ford had gone home. It was not until I was on the way home in my new truck I realized it was Halloween night. Mr. Brown has two children, I saw a picture of his family in his office. I felt terrible about keeping him from his children when I realized what I had done! Mr. Brown never mentioned the time or the consequences of his spending time with me. I was his only concern. If I had been thinking I would never have asked him to ignore his children for me but in hind sight he is obviously a dedicated professional. I did get a great deal on a new truck. Not only was it a great deal, I believe I chose the right truck for my needs. This may not have been possible without the knowledge and experience of the people at Patriot Ford. More

We chose to buy a used car, the salesman was very polite and helped us look at several cars. They did find us a car that was in our price range. The car was brought from Texas the next day. There was no gas in the car when we picked it up and we had to go to the closest station for fear of running out of gas. There was only one key with the car. We were told by the salesman he would get us a "good deal" on another key. When we went back to get the key they ordered, we were told the key would cost us $150.00, plus $80.00 to have the key programmed. We are retired and on a fixed income. I called the manager and told him we were very unhappy with what was happening. Had we been told these charges from the start, we would not have bought this car. We felt we were being "punished" for buying a used vehicle. Had we purchased a new vehicle we would have been treated a lot different. But at this time in our life we didn't feel that was what we wanted to do. My husband was at the store at the time I called and Dave said he would take care of it. He did just that and we did not have to pay for the key or the programming. We feel we should not have had to go through this confusion. More

Walking into Patriot Ford I immediately felt comfortable. A number of salesman introduced themselves to me and were all smiling and laughing which put me at ease right away. We then discussed my options and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. When I met with the finance guy he was awesome as well. He gave me answers to any questions I had and also had different options to meet my needs. again unlike the other dealerships I had dealt with they made sure I felt comfortable and not rushed. I had a great experience buying my 2014 Focus through them. It seemed as if they wanted to be sure I found the right vehicle fit, as opposed to having a quick sale. Ultimately, I wanted a car they didn't have on the lot, but they did all the work necessary to get it for me through a dealer exchange in Kansas. Patriot was a little out-of-the-way for me, since I live in Choctaw, but the closer alternatives were the old-fashioned high-pressure sales experience that give car buying a bad name. Patriot was nothing like that! I highly recommend them. More
