I shopped for about a month in search of a race red with stone interior Mustang in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. I found several and attempted to contact them on the internet. Most of them did not respond to my e-mails and chose to call me on the phone several times a day. When They did call they were always several thousands of dollors highter than I wanted to pay. Mr. Pat Hayes of Patroit Ford did answer my E-mails and gave me a great price on my Mustang. The Ford dealers I spoke with in Texas and New Mexico did not have what I wanted and made no attempt to find the car I requested. Mr. Hayes did not have the car I wanted but he found me one in one day at the price I wanted to pay. My experience with Pat and everyone at Patroit Ford was great and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Thanks for helping to make my grandson Christmas the best one he ever had. I had put off car shopping for a month with past experiences I was dreading it to say the least. My father suggested I check with patriot ford he had bought a few vehicles there and had good experie experiences I was dreading it to say the least. I called first to check on a car I was interested in and let them know what I needed and wanted. It turns out the car I originally called for wouldn't work for my needs so instead of trying to sell me on it they found something that was perfect for me and even went over basic prices and financing. Half the battle was already over before I had even left my house. When I got there the manager had the car "ford flex" right up front waiting for me. Stephen my sales man was very laid back, knowledgeable and friendly not to mention patient as I had my toddler with me and had to move car seats and check for ease of installation. We took a scenic drive down side roads and around back to the highway instead of the usual quick 2 mile drive. I was able to get a good feel for the car. My trade-in value was more then fair, my financing was quick and easy. No haggle no pressure and didn't feel bullied or rushed. I had an unexpected great experience. I wish now I hadn't waited so long to get a new car. I love my flex and it's perfect for my family. If they hadn't taken the time on the phone with me to began with and listened to my needs and wants I would have never thought about a flex. Anyways I would and do recommend patriot ford they are the exception to the rule when it comes to the reputation car salesman have. I called a few days after my purchase with some off handed follow up questions and Stephen, my salesman got on the phone himself to answer my questions. Usually when you go to dealership you are smothered by salesman as soon as you pull into the parking lot. It was not like that at Patriot Ford.
