Damsel in Distress I'm a female and was driving alone from Fort Worth to Kansas City when one of my rear blinker bulbs went out. As I still had a lot of driving to do I I'm a female and was driving alone from Fort Worth to Kansas City when one of my rear blinker bulbs went out. As I still had a lot of driving to do I felt uncomfortable making the driving without a rear blinker. I happened to see the Ford Dealership from the highway and stopped to have my bulb replaced. We were told to go enjoy the test drive, take as long as we wanted, and they would see us when we got back. Ray helped us find a truck that was exactly what we asked for. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and the sales manager made sure we knew that it was perfectly fine to go home and think about it before we committed to buy. (I loved the truck too much to leave, though!!) Thank you all for making our truck buying experience better than any other time we have tried to buy a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone, and have already been telling my extended family that they should look at Patriot first when they are ready for a new car. I came in to purchase a vehicle for myself. I talked to Pat Hayes before coming and told him what I was looking for. When I got there he told Sean what we had discussed and Sean took over from there. They were really informative about the vehicles I was looking at. There was no pressure to buy that day and I felt comfortable and un rushed while shopping. Once a decision was made Lee helped with my financing. Even though I am someone with hardly any credit Lee was able to get my payments where I needed them and I was comfortable with the financing plan that they put me on. After having a terrible experience at another dealership it was a great relief to come to Patriot and actually have the salesmen LISTEN to what I wanted and not play any "games". My husband and I plan on making any future purchases here and look forward to working with those at Patriot Ford. More
