on 3/13/14 we went on the internet to look at new cars. my son had purchased a truck from Patriot Ford in Purcell so we went to their website. i chatted with Ciara Kirk and put in a pre-approval for financ my son had purchased a truck from Patriot Ford in Purcell so we went to their website. i chatted with Ciara Kirk and put in a pre-approval for financing. i was called after we got home by Stephen Shafer and i said i would come in on that Saturday to look around. We decided to come in that evening and when i called Stephen he said come on in and someone would be there to help us out. Now they closed at 8:30 and this was close to 8 and they still said come in--they were there to serve us. We went over and met our salesperson, Carl Wimberley and it was great! he showed all of the Ford Fusions(that is what i was looking for)he went over what features were diffierent and the different prices. we then picked my beautiful red Ford Fusion and went back to the office to do the paperwork. now all of this was after hours and i kept apologizing to everyone we met, but everyone, Carl, Lee, and Gene all said they were there for us. Lee and Gene got our financing, and we were done. Now we did not get until 11:00, but no one was watching the clock or hurry us on. We had beyond an excellent experience that evening. then when we came in the next day for detailing of the car(we called again at the last minute and they got us right in) all of these people were coming out and asking how we were, did we get some sleep, how did we like the car. And then on top of that Lee got us better financing! Now is that awesome or what! While the car was being detailed, Carl showed us all the parts and whistles of the car. My husband, Glen, and i have been buying cars for years(we are in our early 60's)and we have never had this great of an experience in our car buying life. We felt like family, not a customer. Carl tooks us around to meet everyone from the front of the dealership all the way to the shop and the detail person. How awesome is that! I want everyone who reads this to know that Patriot Ford of Purcell Oklahoma is in the heart of Oklahoma, but to Glen and I they are truly the heart of Ford country. If i had to rate my experience i would give it a 200%! More

We brought our 2012 F-150 into the service center to have a tire fixed and to have the alignment checked. The alignment has been a problem since just before 15,000 miles. The truck has continued to go out a tire fixed and to have the alignment checked. The alignment has been a problem since just before 15,000 miles. The truck has continued to go out of alignment multiple times resulting in abnormal tire wear. The alignment problem continues to occur despite normal highway driving. On the last visit, the service technician said that the abnormal tire wear would make it next to impossible to get proper alignment without purchasing new tires. Our complaint was that we could not purchase new tires at this point and that since your service department was unable to fix the alignment problem despite multiple visits that we should receive credit or discounts or something toward the new tires and alignment. An agreement was made that we would get the alignment and 1/2 price on a set of tires of our choice if purchased before the end of March. Although, our budget was not set to buy new tires, this seems to be the most acceptable compromise at this point. We will be purchasing tires at the end of March. Thank you. More
