He was very courteous, friendly and able to answer all my questions about the car. I noticed a few scratches on the exterior, and Ray brought a loaner car to me in OKC and returned my car to me 24 hours later with the scratches removed. He also kept in touch with me by phone during this process so that I would know when to expect him at my house. I would definitely recommend him--and Patriot Ford--to anyone wanting to buy a car!
