Excellent. Personable. Honest. Knowledgeable. I recently purchased a used 2012 Hyundai Accent Hatchback from the Young Buick GMC in Layton. After extensive research and searching for the right car I recently purchased a used 2012 Hyundai Accent Hatchback from the Young Buick GMC in Layton. After extensive research and searching for the right car for a busy college student like myself, it was nice to be welcomed by honesty and integrity. JAMES LASATER, a sales and leasing representative who has been with the company for three years, was simply incredible. After sitting down with my father and I and helping us find numerous options at both their dealership and other Young dealerships in the area, he personally drove us to view some cars all the way in Ogden. Throughout the day, James kept great communication with us while finding more information to help us make a decision. He ended up calling and pulling some strings to get my Hatchback driven over for us to see from another dealership. He was busy when we returned to view it, but kindly lead us to CHRIS CLARK, another leasing and sales representative who took us to drive it and ended up helping us negotiate a GREAT price. A sales manager stopped in to say Hi and make sure all was going well, which I thought was great customer relationship for such a large company. They also gave my father a great military discount in honor of his service which was really kind. Both James and Chris were selfless and their courtesy to each other made my father and I feel like we were not just a "sale", but instead they cared for me to find a genuinely perfect car to fit my needs. Once it was time to finance, we worked with DILLON SEELY, the finance manager, who gave us multiple great options that included fact-based information to help us in making a decision. My overall experience at Young Buick GMC was wonderful and I would recommend this dealership, and these gentlemen, the next time anyone is in search of a new or used car!! Anyone reading this, ask for JAMES or CHRIS and tell them Danielle Collier sent you. I want them to know just how thankful I am for their help. More

False and Mis leading advertising We seen a 2015 Buick Enclave online so we went to Young Buick GMC in Layton to see the vehicle. The Enclave had the same sale price on the windshield We seen a 2015 Buick Enclave online so we went to Young Buick GMC in Layton to see the vehicle. The Enclave had the same sale price on the windshield as was online. I offered to purchase the vehicle for the sale price and was informed that price did not include "Extra's" such as dealer added paint protection, window tint, etc... Mike Pappadakis (Sales Manager) said the actual price of the vehicle would be $1200 more than the price online and as stated on the windshield. After a short argument over false advertising, Mike said we could not make a deal, stuck his hand out for me to shake - I tossed the paperwork in the air and stormed out. I have since filed reports with the BBB and the Utah Consumer Protection agency. These guys are crooks to the fullest extent. By the way, to this day (A week Later) the vehicle is still online with the "False Sales Price Advertised". Stay away from this place. We ended up going to Salt Lake City and getting an Enclave and we were treated with respect and the price was very comparable to the Young Buick so called sale price. More

When I called them I had to call three different times and kept being transferred to a voicemail and never received a call back. I decided to call Young GMC across the street to see if they can help me. Are young lady named Diana answer the phone in the service department and she was more than willing to help! She was very kind and courteous and was able to get me to the right people so I could receive a copy of my sales paperwork. She didn't have to do any of this because this is not the department that she worked in nor was it the correct dealership but she went above and beyond to help me and I will remember this the next time I choose to buy another vehicle. Diana Medina will be my first point of contact when thinking of buying. Thank you for your outstanding customer service! More

I had to reschedule numerous times due to my schedule and she was so helpful and polite in making sure I was fit in their schedule when I needed.She also has kept me up to date on my cars needs in future scheduling with email reminders so I don't have to worry about it on a daily basis. Her and young gmc have continued to make my love for Gmc grow thanks to their friendly employee ! More
dishonest management I bought a 2014 Regal GS. Before purchasing we noticed there was not a spare in the trunk. We requested that one be included in the sale and we were t I bought a 2014 Regal GS. Before purchasing we noticed there was not a spare in the trunk. We requested that one be included in the sale and we were told that the car had run flat tires and it didn't need a spare. The car now is ready for new tires, with only 10,000 miles, and I find out from a tire dealer that they do not make run flats in the size of rims that come stock on this car. We take it back to the dealer and they make us a quote for tires that they claim are run flat. After a quick call to the tire manufacturer we find that the quote is a lie, because the tires quoted are not run flat. After bringing the false advertisement to the manager's attention he says he will provide me with new tires at his cost to apologize for the trouble. His quote at what he claims was cost is actually $100 more than a local tire shop! More lies! I am currently considering the potential for a lawsuit, as I still have a written quote for falsely advertised tires that don't exist. I would not recommend these guys to anyone looking for an honest dealer with integrity. More

We drove 4 hours with money in hand and lets see half way there they called and said the car was not at the lot and then they called back and said it was there and they would detail it and get it ready... We get there as promised after a 4 hour drive, it is not even washed scratches everywhere stained carpets, broken cup holders and damaged seats (hole). It was far from perfect and nothing like advertised. We were promised a tank of gas and the lagoon passes are a joke all they were interested in was trying to sell us a trashed 2014 Denali my 2000 Denali was cleaner and in better shape. They just try to get you there and make a sell. They do not even have the cars on the web site on the lot..??? Not this girl this trick made this girl run like H.... Do not waste your time with this dealer. NO INTEGRITY More
Poor Service I bought a Volvo XC90 from this dealer in February 2014. Since I have had this I've have had to fix something on it every month for the last 6 months. When I bought this, the salesperson guaranteed me there was nothing wrong with it. I bought it out right, so I didn't expect the warranty. They allowed me to drive out of the lot with no fixing anything and also no 30 day driving tag, which they said was one of the reasons why I could buy it so reasonable. They did agree to put on a 30 day warranty. They said buying this SUV was like buying from an individual. An individual wouldn't have passed it on inspection and emissions. I have had my transmission and check engine lights on constantly. I later found out from the Volvo dealer when doing a diagnosis on the XC90, the problems that were registering at the time in February 2014 was wiped off and removed. He also said that much wear and tear doesn't happen in six months time. It had numerous things wrong with it, which I felt I should have been told about it before buying it and yet, when I confronted them about what I had found out, Young Buick GMC tells me their service people didn't look at the vehicle. If they didn't look at the vehicle, why was it passed on inspection when there were numerous things wrong with it, yet failed to disclose at the time of sale. I would never refer anyone to this car lot. Their salespeople were smug and ignorant and after the purchase, they said if anything went wrong, to let them know and they would try to help me correct the problem since it had the 30 day warranty. I have transmission issues, ball joints, electrical and coolant system issues and when I asked them about it, they told me to bad, so sad and wouldn't even work on it (not expecting them to pay). I would have to take it to Salt Lake. I hate them and would never go there for any car or for any reason! If they are going to sell cars on their lot, they need to know about their cars a bit better.
