Why, everting I wrote is true, why would you make appointment for 7:30 when you know that auto butler doesn’t start until 8:00,and then have your people attack me and say appointment was to talk with service advisor,so at this point I have driven 50 miles round trip,that makes it even worse..

I didn’t write everything in my post yesterday, I didn’t mention that the auto butler service on my truck was paid for when I purchased truck was not done. general Manger was so mad that HE went and got my truck himself ,because I did mention that I was not pleased ,and who I think is the service manager was still telling about appointment was with service advisor. I was basically told they didn’t need my business, they were glad when I drove off without paid for service. And now you want feedback for your bad policy ok don’t make appointments that you know you can’t keep and new management would help!
