The service work was fine and the staff has always been attentive and polite. My only demerit for them is their inability to put together appointment times and the start of service for the car. This wa attentive and polite. My only demerit for them is their inability to put together appointment times and the start of service for the car. This was not an issue on this occasion. However, I have - more than once - made an early hour appointment only to be told that it would take several hours to do the requested work when I know the work could be completed in 60 to 90 minutes. An ability to start work near the time of the appointment would be a plus that make me feel much better about their service. More

Butter you up to make the sell, over promise and under deliver. Violated the Magnuson-Moss act by refusing warranty work on a 6 week old vehicle. Salesman refused to help, because I didn’t give him a pe deliver. Violated the Magnuson-Moss act by refusing warranty work on a 6 week old vehicle. Salesman refused to help, because I didn’t give him a perfect survey. General Manager and Service Manager were rude, unhelpful, and slimy. Dealership has been reported to the Arizona General Attorney’s office. More
