I looked for months for a special older car, not worth a lot but a treasure to me, and found it here--BUT, I lived 2,000 miles away. However, despite being one of the least expensive cars on the lot, they gave me A+ attention all along the way. After a few contacts and receiving some info and photos, I decided to buy, and was much impressed with their attitude and customer service. They were very honest about a few minor cosmetic blemishes with the car, but it was perfectly fine for me (it was an older car, after all :) ). Beyond that, I messed up some of the paperwork and they notified me right away, were super friendly about it, and re-sent the necessary materials promptly. They worked closely with me throughout the process, conducted from a distance. I ended up paying extra money to have them transport it for me across the country because I knew I would get reliable and trustworthy service, even if it cost a bit more than going with a generic transport broker (they deliver through a one car truck, by the way, so you will get their full attention in working out the delivery). Finally, I should add that when I followed up about the car a few weeks after I first saw it online, they made sure they put me back in touch with the original salespersons I had spoken to, so I knew they were honest in how they dealt with each other, and thus could trust they would do right by me.
