Had the best experience this morning at GMC of Billings. Getting my oil changed my tires rotated but I also had a few other requests for them to take a look at. Not only did they take a look at some of the areas I wanted them to, they got underneath my vehicle with a camera and created a video where I could actually hear the mechanic talking to me about what he can see. Turns out everything was just fine. There were some areas that will need some maintenance further down the road and they could have told me it needed it now but they didn't very true and honest of which I appreciate! The customer service with Jonah never disappoints!!! All of the gentlemen that work in that service department are outstanding!

We were promised many things through this dealership. After the deal was done they failed to follow up with their promises. When questioned we were insulted and treated rudely. I am getting ready to buy another vehicle and it won’t be through them!
