While traveling from Missouri to Cody for business, we encountered a check engine light and other warning messages on my Tundra 60 miles outside of Cody. It was late Friday afternoon that I got into Cody encountered a check engine light and other warning messages on my Tundra 60 miles outside of Cody. It was late Friday afternoon that I got into Cody and was told by a mechanic there that they could not look at my vehicle until Monday. I asked about any Toyota Dealerships in the area and was referred to Yellowstone Motors. I called at the end of their business hours and spoke to Jim. After relaying what was going on, I was told there would be a Toyota technician there on Saturday and that they would work me in and to be there at 1:00. Upon arrival there, my mom and I were greeted and treated with nothing but concern, kindness and professionalism. That day they were grilling food for their employees and customers. We were offered food and anything else we needed by 5 different kind employees. It was not an exceptionally long wait before The manager Mike came in and said our vehicle was ready! We were taken by Mike to Jerry the service advisor where we completed the paperwork and where he introduced us to Russ the mechanic. Russ informed me what was found, moisture in the gas because of a lower grade fuel, what was done and what we could do to keep this problem from happening again. Again I feel the level of kindness and professionalism was outstanding. I would highly recommend Yellowstone Motors. Thank you Mike, Jerry, Russ, Jim and the rest of the crew! More
