There was a bit of a wait, but a lot of work on a vehicle you don’t see every day. Once all the parts were in the tech (Ethan) got the job done as quick as possible. Correctly too. I normally purchase from Thomas, but he wasn’t available and Royal assisted in his absence. IlRoyal did a fantastic job! He brought the vehicle to my wife to see at her business. He then picked it up from and Royal assisted in his absence. IlRoyal did a fantastic job! He brought the vehicle to my wife to see at her business. He then picked it up from our home to get it detailed, the met her with the cleaned vehicle and spent time showing her all the features and how to use them. He went above and beyond! More

Another good visit with Yellowstone for oil change and tire rotation. In reviewing brake condition I had a question about the rear drums and the lady technician near the desk was able to answer immediatel tire rotation. Yellowstone Motors had one of two trucks within a 600 mile radius that I wanted. The deal was done over the phone and I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes. Service Department needs work & The service is overpriced! I went upon a recommendation to get my Cars oil changed/car inspection (from out of town). I had an appt. The oil change service took ove overpriced! I went upon a recommendation to get my Cars oil changed/car inspection (from out of town). I had an appt. The oil change service took over an hour. Then when i went to pay the inspection part of the form was incomplete. I asked "are you sure it was done?" not confident that it was done. The desk guy said "yes it was" and he went back in the shop to get the form checked off. The service came to $130.00 which included the gold standard $ 50 wiper-blades. I had asked to have the Wipers replaced, but that is gouging the customer! In the end I told them I would not be returning and that this was the most incompetent service! More
