These guys went over the top with their customer service. I flew into Billings, MT due to my flight being canceled to Cody. Tom offered to deliver my truck to me! I was able to make it into Powell, WY so del I flew into Billings, MT due to my flight being canceled to Cody. Tom offered to deliver my truck to me! I was able to make it into Powell, WY so delivery wasn't necessary, however Tom didn't just stop there with his excellent customer service. He and Fred opened the store for me on Sunday (the only day they are closed) to accommodate me and the purchase of my truck. Tom picked me up from my hotel and took me to get coffee before we headed to the store. Thanks to some new friends I met at the airport along with Tom and Fred's excellent service, I will definitely be returning to Powell, WY, and also will be purchasing another vehicle from them for my fiancée real soon. I took my truck in because it wouldn’t run. They charged $130 to diagnose and attach the air intake duct. I was told that whoever last worked on my truck left it off. Service writer/customer service person was loud, in-your face, rude and condescending. Service manager acknowledged that she had been rude, told me he had talked with her when I first brought my car in and face, rude and condescending.
