Pressure... None here! I have always dreaded buying new cars..walking on a dealership lot and feeling like a guppie circled by sharks. salesman are always high pressure and I have always dreaded buying new cars..walking on a dealership lot and feeling like a guppie circled by sharks. salesman are always high pressure and they want you to buy what they have on the lot, rather than what you really want. I can honestly say that didnt happen here at Kistler. I was able to look around and a salesman greeted me when i was ready. When i asked questions about one of the cars that the salesperson couldnt answer, rather than winging it, they introduced me to a salesman that had the answers. Steven was extremely knowledgeable about the Mustang i wanted to buy. And he bent over backwards to ensure that i got everything I wanted. I have purchased 3 New vehicles from 3 different dealers in the past 7 years. After this experience I believe i have found the dealer i am going to stick with. Not only was there no pressure to buy but the salesman do not get paid commissions. Which was a huge shocker to me. I felt bad at fiirst thinking the other salesman greeted me and Steven ended up with the sale. But then was told there are no commissions which really explains the low to no pressure buying experience. I have never been one to tell people where to shop for a new car.. but after this experience.. if you are looking for a new Ford, Go to Kistler Ford! If you are looking for a New Ford Mustang Go to Kistler and Ask for Steven!! More

Helpful but unreliabe Bought our Chevy traverse from Nick. I waited a long to get this vehicle. The salesman was good but the information on the vehicle was a lie. The air conditioner needed fixed immediately, the brakes went bad 2 months later, and now the air bag light is going off as well as being told there were 4 recalls on it that were never attended too...that is so shady crap. Thank God I know an excellent mechanic but I'll never go to Kistler again. More
