Our salesman, Deryk Sumner, was unbelievably patient with us, explaining the features of each of the cars we looked at. He made car shopping fun and practically painless. The finance people were polite and professional. I would rate our buying experience a 10. Just a note, pay attention when the features are being explained. There are so many that it can get confusing. And the cookies after the sale, was the cherry on top. More
HORRIBLE customer service Worst customer service we have ever had when car shopping over the years. We were accused of lying and of making an error aftet Brian the sales manage Worst customer service we have ever had when car shopping over the years. We were accused of lying and of making an error aftet Brian the sales manager called my husband to give him a sales quote over the phone for a Santa Fe Ultimate Limited with tech package that we had been shopping for about a month. Went in to finalize the sale based off his phone call and quote. Once we were there we were given the sticker price. We told the salesman that was a mistake because Brian quoted us this price on this day. The sales man goes to tell Brian. Brian comes over a few minutes later and tells us that he can't give us that price for the one that we want because that quote was for a different vehicle. We tell him how could you quote us a price for the wrong vehicle? We have never even looked at that vehicle, we have only ever looked at 1 vehicle, plus you said you pulled our paperwork which clearly states which vehicle we were talking about. He then accused us of making the mistake and said he won't give us the price and walked away. So we are ok let's just get this done and pay the.price on our paperwork. NOPE! We are now told our price is the sticker price, not even the price that we had negotiated down on our paperwork. Plus the price for our trade in is 2 thousand less than what we were told 3 weeks earlier with only 100 miles put on it. So we show the salesman the picture of our paperwork with the price and ask why can't we have this price? He says let me go ask. Now we are onto the 2nd sales manager. This sales manager accused us of lying and of making the mistake with Brian and that he is going to believe Brian everytime because he's a Deacon and he never lies. We told them that they had bad customer service accusing customers of lying and again he said that he would believe Brian and knows that he's telling the truth over us because he's a Deacon. We were all like even deacons make mistakes. He kept saying that he knows him and that he doesn't make mistakes like that and that we were wrong. Then tried to justify the reduction of 2 thousand on the trade in. We told them that they were letting 94 thousand dollars walk out the door because they can't admit they made a mistake, for horrible customer service and for accusing us of lying over and over. Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else. The next day we went to Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville. We drove away with the exact vehicle we wanted for the price we were quoted over the phone and we're provided with superior quality customer service. Not only that, but the sticker price at Hallmark was 2 thousand less than at Wyatt for the exact same vehicle. The salesman Ken and Mark were friendly enough though. More
