I had to settle for a secondary color choice because they couldn't find me the color I originally wanted though the vehicle had everything else. Though a replacement was found in a timely manner it was still highly unprofessional. More

The pricing should be delivered on a computer generated sheet with all the details rather than scribbled on a piece of paper. I do not like the $500 charge for paperwork. It appears crooked. Many states limit this charge. I wish the state of TN and or Hyundai would do something about it. Last year I paid just $200 at the Ford dealership for my new truck. More
