My wife and I have had a three year relationship with this dealer. We first visited and the low pressure sales style was wonderful. When we saw the Jayco pop up trailer with a shower and in door potty we knew it was the best deal in town. The sales staff were great at prosessing the deal with no pressure or problems. The service department is great they showed us every detail of who the camper worked. There were two minor problems that were repaired quickly. When we brought the trailer back to add air conditioner the service department was just as good providing service as the day we bought it from them. We are now looking at feather light trailers and know that Cordell will be just as honest and helpful as the last time we were dealing with them. More

We drove into World Wide RV right before they closed one weekend as lookiloos with a VERY SMALL budget. We were greeted right away by Cordell Secrist. We talked with him for a short time assuming once he realized what we were working with he would say "nice to have met you...good luck and, goodbye". He not only did not do that but, invited us into his office and actually tried to put a deal together for us. He actually got so close to the TINY amount we were willing to spend it was very surprising. However that is not the point about Cordell. During this time he made us feel so unpressured and comfortable it was truly a great experience. In fact we were laughing and having such a good time Cordell nearly fell off his chair! Good thing he didn't because he would likely have been impaled by a set of antlers on the wall behind him. Cordell is so cool after just a brief meeting with him, you feel like he's your best friend and want to bring him camping with you. I think Cordell deserves a bigger office and, a better chair :) More

Cordel was great. Very friendly and showed us what we wanted. We stormed the lot with my whole family including six adults and five kids and Cordel had a world of patience with us and the kids and he enj wanted. Our experience at Worldwide with Cordell and Rick was rather unique. Last October we lost our prized Airstream in the hail storm. Althought initially we started looking last fall, we did not buy anythin rather unique. Last October we lost our prized Airstream in the hail storm. Althought initially we started looking last fall, we did not buy anything new until this spring. After 6 months of no camping we were actually quite ready. This is where Cordell stepped in. He was very helpful in providing information and different options. In that time, he was very personable in that he actually was interested in who we were and what our camping needs were. He actually stayed late one evening after hours to show us two units that we were interested in. He informed us that the units were back ordered and that it might be difficult to get one delivered in time for our next planned trip which was within a month. Rick to the rescue. He sped up the order of our unit and provided financing options that met our budget with very little up front, out of pocket expense. They were both very helpful when we picked up our unit and subsequently have never stopped receiving advice and tips from both of them. Thanks guys. Stan and Fernando More

Two 65 plus women walked into World wide and had the dubious pleasure of meeting a gentlemen by the name of Cordell Secrist. He is a “refreshing salesman” the likes of which we have never met. Cordell invites us into his humble office with a décor of numerous rocks. My curiosity becomes the best of me thus Cordell shares his story of purchasing his stones. I would love to tell the story but would not be able to place on paper the outcome. We could only say that tears were rolling down our faces with such laughter and encourage everyone to hear the tale. Getting down to business we shared our dreams and the why’s of looking for a trailer. Cordell walked the grounds, demonstrating lay outs, sizes of lengths and needs of what he believed we could handle towards those dreams. After “hours” of his time; which seemed like only moments, we sat to enjoy bottled waters, etc,. We did not make a purchase as a vehicle is the next step in our purchases to pull the trailer. Cordell was aware that a purchases was not to happen which did not shorten his time with us. Cordell is a delight to work with, share thoughts with and without doubt once a vehicle is in hand we shall return to engage in further conversation, too purchase the final dreams for these two ladies to travel the country side and enjoy life.
