Initially, I went to the dealership alone and I spoke with Cordell. I was surprised and happy that he was an open, friendly person with a willingness to "hear" what my needs and desires were in a campin with Cordell. He was very knowledgeable about the product. What was unique, I felt, was that Cordell included our children in the decision making about which trailer to purchase. It was a pleasant experience. I had already done the research before contacting Rick. I had advised it was a cash sale and I wanted to pay $12,800 for the unit. The gentleman performing the Walkthru was very knowledgable and helpful. There was a little waiting to catch Rick so we could get the Keys and Temporary Plate but not too bad. We purchased a tent trailer about 1 month ago. Our experience with our salesperson was excellent (and continues to be). He is great... follows up and we believe he truly cares. Our rating would be much higher, but during our walk-through, we were told that an item that was identified as a warranty issue would be resolved- that the piece (which happened to be an entire side of the tenting material- soon after our purchase. We were assured that the piece was "on order", by multiple people at World Wide RV. One week after taking delivery, after numerous calls to the dealer, they told us that the part was never ordered, that it could not be ordered, that we needed to bring the trailer in, have the tenting material removed and sent in for repair. After profusely complaining and getting Cordell involved, the material has been ordered. I'm confident that this issue, and six or seven other warranty related issues we identified on our first use of the trailer, will be fixed in the coming couple of weeks (as we have been assured). Again, I applaud Cordell for his service. The jury is out on the dealer- thus my ratings. If they follow through with the repairs as promised, we may log back on and attempt to up our ratings. More
