My husband and I finally got to take our "dream" vacation this summer. We rented an RV from a company that shall remain unnamed, and headed west. The problems with the rented RV began when we picked it up, and continued until we arrived in Arizona. By that time, we had had ENOUGH, and decided that instead of taking the RV back to the pick-up location, we would leave it at their headquarters in Mesa, AZ. The problem....how do we get ourselves and all of our stuff back to Michigan? Needless to say, our stress level was beyone bearable at this point, and the "dream" vacation had turned into a total nightmare! Enter Worldwide RV and their OUTSTANDING staff. We found a motorhome on their website, went to see it at an RV show in Payson, AZ and bought it. Rick, Jeff, Cordell, and the ENTIRE STAFF treated us like we were family and went way above and beyond to make the sale and transition as smooth as glass. They were kind, compassionate, patient, and most of all HONEST with IMPECABLE integrity. We are now the proud owners of an immaculate "used" 31 foot motorhome, and couldn't be happier. We made it back to Michigan without one worry that we would arrive back home safely. Worldwide RV is a TOP NOTCH company that has an INCREDIBLE group of people working there. In a time in this country where everyone is out for themselves and always looking for ways to take advantage of consumers, Worldwide RV needs to be the role model of how a business should be run with honesty, loyalty, respect and integrity. We cannot thank everyone we came in contact with enough for all they did for us. The "bad stuff" will fade from our memory over time, but Worldwide RV and their wonderful staff will remain in our hearts FOREVER!If we ever decide to purchase another unit, we will, without hesitation, make the trip back to Worldwide RV! We are extremely pleased with our experience dealing with Jim, Rick and Jayco. We are most impressed with the fact that the great service didn’t end once the papers were signed. We purchased our first RV through Rick, who was great. This second time around we wanted and did initially deal with Rick but since he has been promoted to the Sales Manager, he was a busy fellow. As such we (at first) were reluctant to deal with the new guy, Jim. Well were we wrong, Jim has been fantastic! Jim provided great insight into which unit would best suit our needs and tactfully told us things we may not have wanted to hear. He helped us make the decision that in the end was the best for us. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Jim (Rick too) always greeted us with a smile. We completed the purchase on our last day in Mesa, and he stayed overtime to ensure that we were able to transfer all of our belongings. We have communicated with Jim via email since returning home and always received a prompt reply. He is a no pressure, honest sales person who feels more like a friend. Thanks Jim (and Rick)! More

Cordell is the BEST sales person my husband and I have come across in our 3 months of searching for the right 5th wheel for us. We have now decided on a Crossroads, Rushmore version and if Cordell can lo come across in our 3 months of searching for the right 5th wheel for us. So I was driving the parking lot looking at the Travel trailers you had and also wondering who wants to made a sale. Well Cordell approached me and introduced himself and was not a high pressured salesman, whom I liked allot. Told me to look around and said when your through looking he will be in the front trailer. First of all as I liked his approach and his enthusiasm when I got out talking with him. Because I asked him who built the rock wall and the rock fire pit in front of his trailer, he told me he did. It was most impressive to have the feeling you where really camping. We then went into his trailer and like I said before he was Very Honest and humble with no high pressure, because high pressure sales man turn me off. He asked what I was looking for and he wrote everything down and is Very knowledgeable about these Trail trailers and the weight my truck can handle. Well with this all said I would definitely do my business only with Cordell. Along with recommending him to my family and friends! I drive a passenger shuttle from Showlow to Phoenix,while going though Star valley, AZ I saw your trailers there, but I couldn't stop. So my wife and I drove down when we had the time to take a look. When we saw the toy hauler we liked, he was very knowledgeable and could answer all the questions we had about the unit. We also was very helpful about the paper work we needed to fill out. Again we can not say enough good things about Cordell, we really enjoyed the time we spent with him, and looking forward to doing more business with him and your dealership! More
