It is impotant to us when it comes to customer service and Allen and Chet provided that service. Again, Allen and Chet thanks again. One last thing, we love our new pinnacle. More
Allen is helpful, everyone is friendly . Bit like Allen is helpful, everyone is friendly . Bit like buying a car too many levels / people , too much time , inefficient and of course the finance guy Allen is helpful, everyone is friendly . Bit like buying a car too many levels / people , too much time , inefficient and of course the finance guy has to sell you something as well ! We were unlucky to hit a double whammy on our pick up day - with staff shortages and sickness causing delays. Would I use them again , yes - but I know ahead of time to have an open schedule with plenty of time, equally I would recommend them as helpful and willing and friendly - its only the "process" that frustrates me ! This review site is flawed - if you use "used" for an RV it will only allow drop down for cars ...... suggest that needs fixing too ! :-) More
Was looking for a "like new" trailer for a reasonable price. Went to more than a dozen dealerships and looked over at least 50 units. When we arrived at World Wide RV, Allen came out, took h reasonable price. Went to more than a dozen dealerships and looked over at least 50 units. When we arrived at World Wide RV, Allen came out, took his time to listen to what we wanted and took us right to a unit that was perfect. We negotiated a reasonable price and Allen personally added in a TV bracket we wanted that he had at his home. Very nice service! We picked the trailer up exactly as planned (after their normal working hours to accommodate my work schedule) and they gave us a large tray of fresh strawberries. I would recommend anyone to go there and work with Allen! Super nice guy and took the time to meet our needs. More
The first time we went in to look at a specific used RV that was on consignment, we found many issues with the RV. That particular sales person didn't offer any alternatives as to what they would repair an that was on consignment, we found many issues with the RV. That particular sales person didn't offer any alternatives as to what they would repair and what we could pay extra for. We went in a second time because we really liked the floor plan of this particular Fleetwood trailer. I had contacted Allen Hyduck in advance as he handles the internet sales. Allen was friendly, eager to please and explained everything thoroughly as to what the dealer was willing to repair/replace and what additional items would be our responsibility. Allen kept in touch via email and phone through the entire process. He went above and beyond the call of duty at times, even assisting us to unload our pickup we wanted load in the RV before it was taken to Pinetop, AZ. Everything we requested repaired was and only a couple of items we said we'd take care of ourselves. The extras we added on really added up and we ended up paying more overall than we had intended to...but that was no fault but our own. All costs were quoted before the work was done. The service department did an excellent job of cleaning inside and out, and overall, it was a good experience. Allen does an excellent job and pays close attention to details. I would recommended doing service with this gentleman any time. Sincerely, Judy and Bob Gallaher More
Having just spoken with Cordell I have to say he was very accomodating and forthcoming with the issues I had experienced with him and the dealership. The concerns I had about the lack of returned calls and accomodating and forthcoming with the issues I had experienced with him and the dealership. The concerns I had about the lack of returned calls and the temporary plate issue were all addressed to my complete satisfaction. I am sure both parties to include myself and Cordell have learned and benefited from this experience. I will, in the future, address any concerns I have with the trailer directly to Cordell for resolution. More
This is a little story about my dealings with Cordell Seacrist and would like to share with anyone considering buying an RV. Do you ever get the feeling when you meet someone for the first time that Seacrist and would like to share with anyone considering buying an RV. Do you ever get the feeling when you meet someone for the first time that you instantly know they are good person. I have a very good sense about that and when I met Cordell we didn't start talking about RVs and this and that model etc. etc. it wound up a discussion on a personal basis. You see, I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and I mentioned that to Cordell, and what an RV means to me. I've got to tell you it went immediately from talking about RVs to a conversation that meant a lot to me on a personal basis. I do believe we talked for an easy hour and a half, and yes we did get back to RVs, but I saw the real person far before any business dealings. He is just that kind of person. I don't know about you, but dealing with people like that goes a long way in my books of how I will be treated in the future. He's been doing this for a long time. He knows his product and he will guide you to what you want and your needs. You couldn't ask for a better person to greet you at any dealership of any kind. I consider Cordell Seacrist my friend. I have been looking online when I noticed the 24' Class C RV and decided to call the number. I made contact with Shawn and came in the next day to look at the unit. There was no pressure(I did explain I am a RV and decided to call the number. I made contact with Shawn and came in the next day to look at the unit. There was no pressure(I did explain I am a first time owner)from anyone to purchase and everyone was friendly and explained the RV to me as I looked at it. Came back the next week to finalize purchase and pick up the unit. It was detailed and while I was waiting Shawn took me over to the parts department and introduced me to the Service and parts managers and purchased a few things I need for the RV while there. I did realize that there were items I do need to purchase in the future for the RV. Questions were answered. Everyone I talked to there helped me knowledge wise and made me feel wanted and part of the RV family. When the time comes to upgrade to a larger Class C, World Wide RV will be the place I will go to. More
We are from Canada, but visit Mesa at least once per year. I have had three new Jayco 5th Wheels since 2005 and think they are a fantastic product.Occasionally I have had to have some repairs and servic year. I have had three new Jayco 5th Wheels since 2005 and think they are a fantastic product.Occasionally I have had to have some repairs and service work done at World Wide RV dealership when travelling. I have found the staff very accommodating to try and get the service work done even though they have been quite busy and we did not buy the unit from them. Michael Tyler, the service manager is fantastic,he is very helpful, knowledgeable of product, and has gone above and beyond expectations to expidite parts (with the help of "Tom" the parts manager) when required. Based on my contact with the sales department, (just browsing at their new inventory) especially Cordell Secrist, I would have to say that I would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND anyone to purchase their next RV (new or used) from the dealership based on the professional way they have treated us. John and I were looking for a pop-up camper (both new and used). We had gone to several dealerships but we must say the World Wide RV sales people were the most enjoyable and helpfull. We had seen a new on used). We had gone to several dealerships but we must say the World Wide RV sales people were the most enjoyable and helpfull. We had seen a new one at a different dealership but did not want to pay what they were asking. John had contacted World Wide RV regarding a used 2008 Jayco 10Y pop up camper. He had been looking for something that he could use for hunting that he could take his quad. He really did not care how many "frills" it had - he more or less wanted a nice warm place to sleep. Well, long story short, we went, we saw and we bought the used Jayco without ever being pressured. Our Sales Manager Cordell Seacrist was WONDERFUL. He is not the "pressure" type sales, he gives you the facts as he knows them and was totally honest with us. The entire office was very good to us, joking and laughing - making us very comfortable and happy with our decision. When we went to pick up the camper, the service department had done a very good job cleaning the camper. He (Grumpy) went over everything and showed us how everything worked. We had owned a couple other pop-up campers but there were some thing different and were glad he was there to explain. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong going to World Wide RV. Cordell is outstanding as a sales person, but I personally felt more like a friend than someone he was selling a camper to. John and Bonnie Lane More
