Horrible Service Center, STAY AWAY! Please don't take the bad reviews lightly, stay away from this company. I can't put into words the amount of frustration I have with the service depa Please don't take the bad reviews lightly, stay away from this company. I can't put into words the amount of frustration I have with the service department at World Wide. I have had my TT in for issues with the awning 4 or 5 times now and never has it been fixed when I was called to pick it up. Even though I was told it was tested several times. Numerous times I verified over the phone if it was checked again to make sure it was working before I arrived to pick it up. Each time I'd get there, climb into the trailer and extend the awning with the same failure over and over again. This last time over two months ago I was told they would call Jayco and just order a whole new awning assy. I called in a week later and it was never done. I was told they'd take care of it and call me back. A week later I call back after hearing nothing. Again part not on order. I'm told they will take care of it right when we get off the phone and I'd get a call back. That was two weeks ago and I never heard a word. I call in today and find out it was never ordered after I was told on three different phone calls it would be. Now they're telling me that I would have to take my TT back in to be looked at before they could order the assy. I don't know who's running the service department here, but it is horrible. No follow up, no accountability, no customer service. I want to make sure everyone knows I'm referring to the service department here, not sales. The buying process was excellent. Service manager, Rick, called to see if we could get my issue resolved. I've called back the past 5 days now, left messages on his phone and with the other service personnel. Still no call back. I really wish I could get a hold of the owner of this company, so he knew how his customers were being treated. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IF YOU BUY FROM HERE YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR WARRANTY SERVICE COMPLETED HERE AND YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMEDIATELY. More
Worst experience ever I purchased a trailer 2 years ago, and it's been nothing but trouble. The heater doesn't work and never has. They will fix it, then I take it home and it doesn't work. But now it's out of warranty so they won't cover. The 10 amp fuse box caught on Fire, they replaced it, and what do you know? It caught FIRE again! I paid up to buy a jayco based on reputation. NEVER AGAIN! Poorly made, bad customer service, and worst dealer. More
Please take the time to read. If I can save one person from the aggravations and frustrations I have experienced than I’m good. After seven years as a loyal World Wide RV c If I can save one person from the aggravations and frustrations I have experienced than I’m good. After seven years as a loyal World Wide RV customer I am calling it quits. The service team just never ceases to amaze me. Over the past 7 months I have dealt with everything. Dead batteries because they let the RV sit for so long. Lost phone numbers so they could not contact me. Lost door combinations so they couldn’t gain access to the unit. Incomplete work, the exhaust mount broke off, techs response” It never had a mount” You can clearly see on the exhaust the welds from the broken bracket. It all started 7 months ago. Took the couch in for pretty minor warranty work. After two months I called them. They had my old phone number on file. Not their fault. But no effort was made via email or snail mail to contact me. They needed to call me because the main battery died. They wanted $300 plus to install an engine battery. No way was I paying that. I had to pick one up. $150.00 for a top of the line. We took the coach on a trip. We dropped the coach back off after the trip. Two months passed. I receive an email that they do not have my phone number. I called them and suggested they write it down and put it in the coach. Dee did not like that comment. I received a call about a week later. They needed the combination to access the storage space. I had given them this info in the past. I finally get a call from Dee. She explained what was and was not covered. At this point I didn’t care. I’ll replace the generator switch. I picked the unit up today. Looking at the work order I noticed they did not install a new exhaust bracket. I showed the lady at the desk and she agreed it looked like it needed one. To top it off I paid $35.00. Seven years ago World Wide was the premier dealer in the valley in my opinion. The service team was top notch. Ron and Michael always went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. After long stays the units were washed before pick up. Communication was amazing with this all star team. This is no longer the case. The service team seems very unorganized. I exercised extreme patience and they still got snippy. Dee especially seems to be way out of her element. The management team seems totally detached from the situation. Either they don’t know or don’t care. I think it’s safe to assume they don’t care. I left messages with management to call me. They never did. The techs do sub standard work in my opinion. You can see the lack of pride in everything the do. The units are left messy and in disarray. This type of treatment shows poor operating standards. I will no longer give them my business or recommend them to anyone. More
Service dept very poor customer service After buying our RV at this dealership (which was a good experience) we took it in for warranty work about 8 months later. After leaving it for a mont After buying our RV at this dealership (which was a good experience) we took it in for warranty work about 8 months later. After leaving it for a month I was told it was OK to pick up however after arriving to pick it up the service manager said Jayco shipped the wrong parts for some of the repair work . I was taking the rv across country so she said she would ship the parts to me. After numerous follow up emails the parts have never been shipped after 2 months and the service manager Leslie will not return emails. I am also disappointed with the warranty work they performed as it is not right. You would think someone would check the techs repair work but apparently they just fix as fast as they can and if it is done sub-par then that is what you get back. As good as the sales dept. is I will never buy another rv from this dealership ever as the service manager seems to not care. More
Outstanding sales and finance, parts and service not so good I purchased a Trailer from World Wide RV in April 2017. Chris Bertone was outstanding in knowledge and helpfulness in helping us too choose our RV. Finance also got me a deal far superior to my own financing I brought with me. My experience was nothing but extraordinary. There were a few problems found during prep which they had already ordered before my arrival for PDI. 3 months after taking possession I still could not get any answers from parts and service on the parts that were ordered. After contacting Rick Cisineros (standing in for owner who was out of town) about the problems, I finally started getting answers and received some of the parts. Now it is four months after delivery and once again I have heard nothing about the remaining parts. I no longer care, and will take the trailer elsewhere to get the warranty work done and will not go back to this dealership to have anything done. Beware of after the sale promises and service from this dealer. More
I called WWRV for a service appointment as the toilet in my Roadtrek would not flush. Mr. Gubbs was very polite and assured me they could handle the problem. After leaving the unit we went about our busin my Roadtrek would not flush. Mr. Gubbs was very polite and assured me they could handle the problem. After leaving the unit we went about our business in town. I was surprised when I received the call that our unit was ready to go and that the problem was resolved and everything related was o.k.. I feel that the price charged was resonable, not great but resonable, and I appreciated the timely manner in which the problem was corrected. Additionally I was impressed with all the accessory items and large selection of RV accessories that are displayed in the parts department. I plan on returning soon to purchase a Garmin GPS/back up camera. I definitely will recommend WWRV Mesa to my fellow RV'ers. Respectfully Tom Merriman More

After checking in with the service department our Jayco trailer was promply taken to the service bay. We were informed where the sales and service waiting area was. While we waited we broused the parts department. Mr. Barbary the service manager, came to our aid and helped us find the right A/C cover for our Jay Flight. We also purched a elite folding rocker, and a spare key. We intend to have all our future service work done at Worldwide RV in Mesa. Great experience. Don & Kc Reeves More
We purchased a used 36 foot Jayco fifth wheel from the dealership. The service was good and the salesperson friendly. We had the trailer delivered to us in LInden, Arizona. We did have a problem with t dealership. The service was good and the salesperson friendly. We had the trailer delivered to us in LInden, Arizona. We did have a problem with the furnace and had to have it immediately serviced and repaired. The dealership had promised that everything would be in working order but as stated the furnace was not in that condition. After some clarification with the dealership on the problem and talking with Rick the problem was resolved and we were rapidly reimbursed for the repairs. We had a positive experience with World Wide RV. More

Let's start by saying Cordell Secrist is a shining example of what customer service should be about. He takes a personal interest in the customer, addressing their needs and making them feel their bu example of what customer service should be about. He takes a personal interest in the customer, addressing their needs and making them feel their business is valued. In May 2013, we purchased a used coach after a pleasurable shopping experience. The rear camera/monitor was not functional but Worldwide ordered a new one and installed it. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the coach not only was the monitor not working but the entire dash control system was non-functional. The service department went through a management change and communications were poor concerning correcting this situation. I was very upset, but Cordell stepped in and took charge of our account. He personally met with us to review our situation and became our liason until all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The sales experience was good and we love our coach, but the service department rates poor in workmanship and communication with the customer. Hopefully, this will be corrected as the new Service Manager settles in. Cordell's personal interest in our situation was instrumental in making a very difficult situation tolerable. Thanks Cordell, we really enjoyed working with you! Wayne and Debbie Allen More
