My experience at Winner Ford has always been amazing. They keep me updated while my vehicle is in for service and I know I can trust the service advisors. Outstanding service When my mother and I first walked into the showroom, we were immediately greeted. We were assisted right away. As like any other car buying process, When my mother and I first walked into the showroom, we were immediately greeted. We were assisted right away. As like any other car buying process, it took a little bit of time, but WAY shorter than I’ve experienced before. The car sales man brought the car to test drive right up to the door, and even opened the doors for us. Everyone was patient with us, as we were indecisive. We have experienced service from winner as well, getting an oil change. The finance manager was very friendly, and answered all of our questions promptly. They were amazing too! I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need to express how grateful I am of winner’s service . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND winner ford. They are true professionals. Yes More
Service department Truck has been in for warranty items several times. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is horrible. Went in for a recall and they messed up my car I took my van in to get a recall on it fixed the torque converter. I went to pick it up tire was flat, they had locked my steering wheel and the batt I took my van in to get a recall on it fixed the torque converter. I went to pick it up tire was flat, they had locked my steering wheel and the battery was dead. As I was driving home the transmission light started to flash I called them and they said it was the tire light. Then after 50 miles of driving it the check engine light came on. So I waited to drive it till I got my tire fixed. I took it to NAPA and they read the codes on it, now it has six codes on it all related to the transmission and they won't fixe it. Its all sensor, want over 300 to fix it just a big scam. Don't go there. More

But I did contact them first. I called the service department and spoke with a service advisor. She could not tell me exactly what coverage is remaining on the vehicle. She finally gave me an answer but seemed unsure. When I went to ask her another question she hung up. More
