Most people with an issue would call the dealership and ask for the Service Manager or General Manager. They would explain the situation and we would go research what happened, and then we would have a conversation. I encourage anyone to come to the dealership and experience our excellent customer experience. It is slightly absurd that you are accusing anyone of yelling at a client.
