The service was friendly, responsive, and flexible to fix the safety recalls on my truck. The location is a little crowded but the people are helpful and accommodating. I'll be taking my Ford to Windward Ford from now on, bought my Ford from Honolulu Ford and had all the service done there until i got problems with the transmission, they told me the didn't find anythin bought my Ford from Honolulu Ford and had all the service done there until i got problems with the transmission, they told me the didn't find anything and said it's how I drive ( the truck is automatic not a standard ) then Honolulu Ford turned me away and said take it somewhere else. I brought it to Windward Ford and they were helpful, they looked at the truck the next day and found the problem and called me and kept me informed. Windward Ford is A++ service in my opinion. More
I saw a Used Car at Windward Ford and use their website to put my contact information. Salesperson Ben Matlin contacted me the same day and set me up for a test drive appointment. We meet up two days later and he did not pressure me into buying the interested vehicle. The test drive went well. Then we talked about the pricing and out the door price. Surprisingly Winward Ford with the help of Ben Matlin; we negotiated the out the door price. Came the next day to make the payment and the final put the door price was a little higher than expected. Windward Ford was committed to Customer Satisfaction and they meet my expectations as they redid the figures and meet the agreed out the door price. On the way home from Windward Ford the TPMS light came on and all the tires were okay. I called Ben and he told me no worries and they can pick up the car from my house or I come back and they will guarantee to fix the issue. I have not gone back yet as I am awaiting for my title and registration and to see if my reset temps light would work. I have been in contact with Ben Matlin up to this point with no concerns or complaints or with Windward Ford who’s General Manager is Robert and also called me not to worry about the TPMS issue. I would recommend anyone interested in getting a Used or New Car from Windward Ford. More
My recent experience with Windward Ford of the service department was okay. I brought my car in for service, and I knew my car was not common, so it would take extra few extra days to get the service done department was okay. My fustration was not even waiting three weeks for the car back. When I finally received my car back, I was shocked by its condition a reflaflecion on how the car was treat. Not only was the neglect three weeks under the weather, but the interior was also a mess. Mud was smeared across the floor mats, and even the door panels were with mud. It seemed like no effort had been made to clean the car after the service was done. As a customer who had entrusted my vehicle to their care, this level of negligence in cleaning was genuinely disheartening. The lack of attention to cleanliness reflects poorly on the dealership's overall commitment to customer satisfaction. It's a basic expectation that when a customer's car is returned after service, it should be in a condition equal to or better than when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, Windward Ford failed miserably in this aspect. I reached out to the service department to express my dissatisfaction, but their response was late after I had to take care myself of their mess. More

Every time I go there they put a ding in my vehicle. My newest truck had no dings and I even pointed it out when dropping off my truck. Of course a new ding when I picked it up.
