The sales experience was not great. I was not greeted enthusiastically, even though I had scheduled a test drive. I decided to purchase the Ford Ranger because I liked the truck. About I was not greeted enthusiastically, even though I had scheduled a test drive. I decided to purchase the Ford Ranger because I liked the truck. About two weeks later, I was told my registration and license plates were ready for pick up. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was ignored by two employees, there was no receptionist to assist me, so I had to ask the other two employees for help. I tried to voice my concerns/complaint to the GM, but have not received any reply as of today. On the other hand, the service department was very efficient when I took the truck there to correct a booster brake recall issue. More
