Windward Ford was a very poor experience overall. I was passed between the 3 service reps at the counter, each stating they were too busy with something else to help me. After checking me in and taking my car they informed me it would be 4-5 days before they would be able to diagnose the issue and let me know what would need to be fixed. Luckily after 1 day they called me saying it will be $500 to fix the issue, but they don't have the part on hand nor can they provide an estimate to when they can get the part... they were more than happy to charge me upfront though. Hopefully the part eventually arrives? I don't recognize any of the names listed as anyone I worked with.. the 3rd person who ended up taking me was Marina Reyes More
CUSTOMER SERVICE is the reason I drive 18 miles and 35 minutes to this location. I had a solid discussion with Will for 10 minutes on the issues with my Ford Escape. He told me what he thought was wrong with it, told me the ballpark it would cost and the time it would take to complete the process. Will called me to provide me updates along the day and gave me his opinion on the issue. Trust was the number one reason I will be going back to this location. I trust Will and I trust this location. Yes, it was a pain to take the time to drive to the location while passing other Ford Locations but driving away, I knew I was taken care of. To say thank you to the team, why not make some Choclate brownies to say, Thank You! Thanks Will and team. Sean B. More

The team at Windward Ford, lead by Will who booked our appointment, diagnostics, and facilitated with Ford the parts and labor covered; to the impeccable and consistent customer care we were shown by Marina. She let us know when parts were in and time line of completion. We knew that our truck was in good capable care even when we were across the Pacific Ocean! More

When making my service appointment, I explained the exact nature of the problem concerning the control arm bushings being worn causing uneven wear to both front tires outer edges. After inspecting my vehicl nature of the problem concerning the control arm bushings being worn causing uneven wear to both front tires outer edges. After inspecting my vehicle, the techs related that no wear issues were discovered with the control arm bushings. However, photos taken from the tire center where I took the vehicle to check on un-evenly worn front tires clearly showed that both bushings were showing signs of cracking and wear. The reason I chose to bring the vehicle into Ford, instead of having it repaired at the tire service center, was because my extended warranty covered this issue. I left Ford with the problem unresolved. I will have to make an appointment to have the bushings repaired at the service center without the benefit of my extended warranty covering the repair. I don't understand why the service techs at Ford didn't see the problem with the bushings. Needless to say, I'm very dissatisfied with Portion of the service. I feel like I went to Ford with a specific problem to be repaired, and was told that that problem that didn't exist. More
