The sales experience was not great. I was not greeted enthusiastically, even though I had scheduled a test drive. I decided to purchase the Ford Ranger because I liked the truck. About two weeks later, I was told my registration and license plates were ready for pick up. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was ignored by two employees, there was no receptionist to assist me, so I had to ask the other two employees for help. I tried to voice my concerns/complaint to the GM, but have not received any reply as of today. On the other hand, the service department was very efficient when I took the truck there to correct a booster brake recall issue. More

Had 1pm appointment for safety check. Was told tech just went on lunch break so the wait was 1-1/2 hrs. Last year, wait time was 20 minutes. Asked why not disclose wait time when making the appointment if different from normal and was told they don’t know when the tech will take his break. Lame excuse. What is the purpose of making appointments? So if they took me at 2:30 then all appointments after 1pm would have 1-1/2 wait? Wouldn’t it be easier to have tech take lunch at a set time and not schedule service during that time? So unprofessional. Not going back there again. More
