Terrible communication. Upfront promises and quotes did not come through. I called multiple times to find out pick up times and/or updates. I got called back an hour before Upfront promises and quotes did not come through. I called multiple times to find out pick up times and/or updates. I got called back an hour before they close with an update that they did some work. They had the van for 2 days now going on three. Got a call the next morning of the cost that would have totaled over $6,000. I did not give approval. Changed the brake light and did a tune up that cost over $3,000 but was quoted $2,100 but rebates and a discount of the part from 1,300 to 900 that would bring the price down from the $2,100 cost. No rebate nor discount was applied & cost jumped up over $1,000 plus more for no extra work done to justify the additional cost. I would be okay if upfront cost and expectations were explained and agreed upon. Great Mechanics. Poor Communication and terrible customer service. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. More

I have had nothing but problems since I bought this car at the dealership. I was promised a door panel because the one in my used vehicle is damaged pretty bad and I still have not received it. I was also at the dealership. I was promised a door panel because the one in my used vehicle is damaged pretty bad and I still have not received it. I was also sold the car with no working back seatbelts and I have taken it in at least five times to get the seatbelts fixed and there’s still one that is not working, but they give me the runaround and won’t return my calls even when they told me that they would fix it. I have now had the car for one year and I am still trying to get them to fix a seatbelt so that I have a working backseat. No one follows up or keeps their word. It was a definite bait and switch when I bought this car. I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. More
