I went there in the 16 for routine oil tire rotation got car paid and left . Went home checked mail that just arrived there was a 15 dollar coupon off what I JUST did. I called spoke to the advisor and manager and they said Even though I just left and called them within. 15 minutes they would not honor it I had to give it when I got there. That is ridiculous I did not wait or call the next day .
