You drop of your car and then no one informs you what’s wrong with the car not that’s it’s ready. When you pick your car up the cashier is beyond rude and avoids looking at you. VERY Dissatisfied!I purchased 'brand new' air springs, VERY Dissatisfied! I purchased 'brand new' air springs, from a major parts supplier. My neighbor, a mechanic, installed them. The air springs woul VERY Dissatisfied! I purchased 'brand new' air springs, from a major parts supplier. My neighbor, a mechanic, installed them. The air springs would NOT fill up with air. I called the parts supplier. They advised me that: "...(they) did have defective fixtures in some of those units..." They sent me 'new fixtures'. The ONLY reason that I went to a Dealer, was because I was told: "You need to take it to a Dealer. They are the only ones who have the scanning equipment needed, to reset the SENSORS." Upon arrival at WILLIAMSON's Service Drive, I spoke with ERIK. I advised ERIK that the 'fixtures', on the air springs, needed to be replaced. They weren't allowing the air springs, to fill with air. I explained to him what the parts supplier told me, and I gave ERIK the two 'brand new' fixtures. He told me to: "Just put them in the cup holder." I waited for over three hours. Then, ERIK advised me that they had "fixed the problem". When they brought out my truck, it looked as if it was repaired. Although, I noticed that the 'new fixtures' that I had brought, were STILL in the cup holder, (where ERIK told me to put them; originally.) I drove around for about 10 minutes, parked... and went into the Post Office. When I got out from the PO, the air springs were... 'completely' out of air. (Just as they were 'before' I brought my truck to WILLIAMSON's.) I immediately called ERIK and told him about the situation. He told me to bring the truck back to them, ...when I could. Bottom Line: I'm VERY Dissatisfied. I have been worrying about WHAT EXACTLY... 'DID' ...THEY DO? I have called ERIK 'six times'. (I only left 'three messages'), but he has YET to return ANY of my calls!! And I'm supposed to go back there? Repair Order #: 542256 States: "AIR TUBE LOOSE ON AIR SPRING SECURED BEST POSSIBLE" More
