I purchased my car in this dealer because of the service and it seems that the service has been going down. I always have to leave my car for a week or two or longer to get it serviced. I noticed that your dealer has an overwhelming amount of vehicles from other dealers and I think that people that purchased their cars at your dealer should have some type of priority because it’s no longer a good service. I just bought an all-electric Cadillac, it is beautiful, gorgeous, and I love it, and the service from Cadillac and especially from Celida, my saleswoman, is magnificent, incredibly good, and incredibly irreplaceable.
