I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated each time Had to bring my car back because it wasnt fixed the first time. I was asked questions that made me feel like I started driving a week ago o each time Had to bring my car back because it wasnt fixed the first time. I was asked questions that made me feel like I started driving a week ago or lime if I didnt know what I was talking about. The worse part is how progressively worse the experiencE got. Finally the third time when I picked up my car it was returned with every seat and all the rugs full of grease. It was as if the mechanics hopped in my car to go to lunch. I figured that much as I found napking and a half empty come bottle in car and I really see no reason why There would be grease on the back seat and the rug in the back. Not even the guy who delivers the car had enough sense or care enough to bring it up to someone before delivering my car. When I complained they called Fede who I previously spoke to. After waiting 15 mins for him he didnt even bother to apologize for what his employees did. He basicly told me he’ll have it cleaned. Could’ve atleast offered a complete detailing. I had to call him back and demand it as I atleast deserved that for the inconvenience of wasting my time going to pick up my car and waste my Saturday morning needless to say having to go back out during this pandemic. I’m giving you 1 star basicly because I do have to say the guys in the car loaner dept. are always very courteous. More
