They operate a very shady business. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING they tell or show you. They will lie about their availability (I'm with another customer) as they work multiple deals at once. Then if you try to escalate, sales team members will claim to be the "Sales Manager". (the person that said he was the "sales manager" is listed on the "Sales Dept." obviously not management). With this type of unethical sales process, I can only imagine how dishonest the rest of the dealership is. This is a direct reflection of the general manager and how they lead, train, and hold their team members accountable. LYING IS OK at Williamson. More
