If you make an appointment for an oil change, it should not take 2 1/2 hours to do. You tell your customers that’s just the way it is; is not acceptable. As a customer that is now on my 6th vehicle with not take 2 1/2 hours to do. You tell your customers that’s just the way it is; is not acceptable. The quality of service was good. My battery had to be replaced, which these guys did, however the dealership was really busy, and waiting times are long.
