This is the 8th time I take different Cadillac vehicles in for service and either the work is not done correctly, I encounter a safety issue after work is completed, or no quality assurance is done after w in for service and either the work is not done correctly, I encounter a safety issue after work is completed, or no quality assurance is done after work is performed. Main reason I will never buy a Cadillac again is the horrific craftsmanship at your service department! I now have to take back the vehicle after 7 days of having the vehicle there since $5,700 in repairs only made it worse! Tony my advisor is the very best but he has no ability to control the poor work done in the garages! More
