The service center had my car for over 2 weeks. The service manager never called me with an update/status on my car. I called him twice and Mike failed to return my call. Ver disappointing that I had to be the one to call about my car, did not get a hold of Mike, connected with the operator who then informed me to call back later. Of course I got angry and said I wanted to talk to a manager. Operator then asked what I needed and I said to know about my car. I was then transferred to the check out attendee who informed me my car was ready but she was unable to tell me what work had been performed on the car. I picked up my car the next day and I never received a call back from the service manager, Mike. More
