Was told my first service was covered. Had the car since April. Got a reminder it’s free in December. I was there to lease a Lyriq, and the manager Yorny Fundora was extremely rude and condescending. He used profanity in front of me. When I told him I was getting a better deal at another dealership he Fundora was extremely rude and condescending. He used profanity in front of me. When I told him I was getting a better deal at another dealership he told me to go to that dealership. So I did. They lost a sale because of that managers poor bedside manners. I have Never been treated so poorly in my life. I will Never buy a car from that dealer. More

Yair Garrido is a good persona to work with. Outside of him, the rest of the dealership is unprofessional and the level of care from the mechanics was terrible.
