Not only did she get the tow service taken care of quickly, she offered me a courtesy car for the time my car was being repaired. She kept me updated every step of the way and improved the timing for the repair to a shorter window of time. She was always friendly, positive and gracious during any communication. I truly felt she cared about me as a person. The entire team at this facility was wonderful and my car looks like new! More

When you get into an accident it's never fun or easy getting everything resolved but Folger pretty much took care of everything for me. From setting up service to lining up my rental, I really didn't have to do much. I wasn't worried that I would have to keep touching base with Folger, I knew they had me covered and taken care of. I received text alerts updating me on the status of my vehicle's repairs. Amanda also called me when they found more damage than originally was noted.
