My husband said much friendlier the second trip in that same day when I (the wife) came back in for a test drive and we decided "yes". I asked about the promotion and was introduced to Jim Gamble. I met with Jim who showed me cars I was interested in. I ended up buying another Forester and am very happy with the purchase. Think price was fair and that he got me the best deal available. He was a pleasure to work with - all info was clear and complete. Covered a-lot of ground in a short time. Whole purchase took about 2 hours from start to finish. He was nice and very professional. Tom completed the paperwork and made a tedious task bearable. Nice guy- reassuring about the purchase. Good at explaining all the additional safety coverages. Bought them all:) This is my fourth Subaru and I have had excellent experience with them - in upstate NY snow-ice and daily NYC traffic. I went in and was treated very well by the team at Folger Subaru. Every part of my experience was good. The salesperson and the finance person made it very clear as to the terms of the deal and listened to Subaru. Every part of my experience was good. Charles Hedrick has excellent customer service skills which is so rare to find in today's world. I deeply appreciate his very effective communication skills and his taking a genuine interest in me and my which is so rare to find in today's world. Extremely nice and helpful. Michael worked hard to make sure the work was thorough and also worked to make sure it was all covered by applicable warranties. The only minor complaint I had was that they didn't readily answer their phones all the time - however, that seemed more because Michael was actively monitoring the repairs and not just sitting around waiting for phone calls. My wife and I were told exactly what the problem with our car was and were also told that the service techincioan performed a 28-point service check while the car was in for a specific repair. bought our first Subaru last week, a 2011 Outback Limited with all the bells and whistles. We have been looking at this vehicle for 6 months and absolutely love it. We have high expections for this vehicle as it relates to longevity and overall satisfaction as we begin a family. Our experience with Neil and Jim thus far has been great. We really do feel as though the Subaru family is tightly knit group and we have already been given the impressiont hat service after the sale is what they care about. That is good!!! Customers don't want to feel abandoned after a purchase, especially a major purchase like vehicle. We appreciate the experience we've had thus far and look forward to any future interactions we have with Folger Subaru. It also helps that we live 5 miles from the dealership. -Kyle More
