I originally contacted Folger Subaru through their website to join the preorder list for a Subaru BRZ. They happened to have a car available for showing for the one day I could go and so I stopped by website to join the preorder list for a Subaru BRZ. They happened to have a car available for showing for the one day I could go and so I stopped by to take a look. I had talked with Ned over the phone and at the dealership placed a deposit. They were clear with me about my chances of getting the car but were still willing to work with me even though I would be out of the state at the expected time of availability and would require my parents to pick up the car for me. A few months went by and at last I get the phone call that the car is available. After a few phone calls and some overnight mailings (covered by the dealership) I now have a car waiting for me when I get home. I appreciate the willingness and patience to work with me and my parents. More

When I called to talk to someone about the possibility of trading cars Ned answered all my questions. He made me feel he would take all the time I needed to be comfortable with any decision I made. This is the third time I have bought a car there--always a Subaru Forester. If I ever buy another car I will go back there. I had a car accident and needed a new car. My brother-in-law had recommended Folgers Subaru. Of course I did my own search for a car and after 2 months I still had no car. It was mainly due to t brother-in-law had recommended Folgers Subaru. Of course I did my own search for a car and after 2 months I still had no car. It was mainly due to the terrible customer service and bogus car deals. Finally I decided to take a drive to Folgers Subaru. I met with Mr. Barber, enjoyed the freshly popped corn and a cool bottle of water. Mr Barber showed me a very nice vehicle that I was interested in but I had to wait to see if the previous customer would come back for the vehicle. We continued to talk and I shared with Mr. Barber details about my car collision. The next day, Mr. Barber had a vehicle by the same make of the car I previously loss. It was classy, clean and nice. Mr. Barber, is good; to my surprise he was listening and listening really well. More
