My wife and I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla and went through a challenging purchase at the Toyota Dealer in Matthews. After the purchase, we admitted to making a mistake. Jim Gamble is one of those rare people who does what he says he will. We traded in our Toyota for an Impreza (very hard to find one for picky folks like us... but he did). We bought our Subaru about a year ago. Our salesman was Scott Brennan, and he was great! In January I was hit by another driver and demanded that my vehicle be repaired at this location. We cannot say enough to describe how pleased we have been with her since the first contact. We have had a couple flats and dealt with Mike and Jay in regards to those. Once again, we were treated with the utmost respect. We have since had DVD players put in, and once again would go nowhere else to have it installed. We have been very pleased with our experiences at Folger Subaru, and plan on visiting for future vehicle purchases. Keep up the good work and great staff! More

My wife and I recently moved to the area and are just now looking for a new car. We drove by Folgers and decided to do a little shopping. We met James and he sat us down and narrowed down our search of what looking for a new car. We drove by Folgers and decided to do a little shopping. We met James and he sat us down and narrowed down our search of what type of vehicle we were looking for. We made it clear we were in our beginning stages of our search and were not looking to buy. James showed us a few vehicles and was very knowledgeable about the subaru brand. He was honest about everything and answered all of our questions without pressuring us in any way. This was by far the most enjoyable car experience I have ever had and will be back when we decide to purchase a vehicle. Thank you James look forward to seeing you. More
I was only "halfway" looking for a replacement car and contacted James to test drive an Outback that he has available. I was up front about my goals/level of interest, and I am most impressed at t car and contacted James to test drive an Outback that he has available. He answered all of my questions honestly, and followed up within a day with another option that I might have been interested in. Looking for a car for my son and Folger Subaru happened to have a 2000 Honda trade-in that fit the bill perfectly. Everyone was polite and did their best to get us the best deal. They went out of their way to right the little wrongs, serviced the car as well as they could, and fixed a wind/sound problem with the front do deal.
