He was very helpful and found a fuse the was blown in our stereo unit, which he immediately fixed while we were signing paperwork with Mark. The Service dept also added on some Roof Vent Covers while we waited. Joe from Parts was very accommodating. Mark had all our paperwork ready to go and everything went smoothly. We were looking for a used 5th wheel bunkhouse and found one that might fit the bill on their website. Careful examination on the website showed us a clean, apparently beautiful unit, but we had concerns that a visit would have resolved. It's a 5+ hour trip just to "look" so we made a phone call instead. Helene Cragg greated us on the phone and listened to our questions " how wide are the bunks?". She took her phone and a tape measure out to check, and called me right back ( prompt!). We asked further questions about our truck's ability to pull it and she asked detailed questions to make sure ( it would/did) We looked the unit over some more ( on the net), and I showed it to my wife .who tentatively approved. I called Helene back and provided her details and many pictures of the unit I wanted to trade in. She examined my materials and called me back with a couple of questions. We resolved to continue the process when Helene gave us a final price and a complete breakdown of " what it will cost". This is important, I never specified how much I wanted to spend and money IS an object. We discussed financing and I gave her my info, it was about 1/2 hour later she called me back with an approval. She asked me to make a deposit if I wished to purchase the unit, I did with a little misplaced trepidation. About a day passed and I decided to go with local financing. I chose to finance through my own local credit union and needed a purchase agreement , Hannah Beyler MADE IT HAPPEN even though the credit union was having fax issues, she still came through. More

Mark, the business manager, was top notch, too. He was able to take the pressure off us by handling all the paperwork. He was very helpful, friendly, and supportive. The service tech, Tim, took us through the walk through and provided so much information, it was amazing. Our whole experience at Wilkins was truly amazing. Wonderful people. More
