Best used vehile experience ever! We have camped in the Bath, NY area before and have seen where Wilkens was located. We were looking for a bigger pop-up to camp in but all the dealerships in the Buffalo,NY area just didn't have what we were looking for or their prices were outrageous. I checked the Wilkins website and saw something that we were interested in. Left contact info on the website and someone called back very promptly. She told us that the pop-up was still available and asked if we could come see it? We were able to make the trip from Buffalo and look at the camper. When we arrived the friendly staff at the front desk told us that someone would be with us shortly. We were told where the camper was and went to go have a look at it. While we were in the camper it was taking some time for the sales person to find us, we decided to look around. That's when we found the Dutchman hybrid travel trailer. It was really what we wanted so we went to find a salesperson. As we walked in Gary Drum asked if he could help us. Gary said he was sorry that we had to wait but it was very busy that day. Everyone from that point on was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We got a great deal on our camper! They really want to sell campers and will work with you. We were shown the service area and they have a wide variety of items that you might need for your camper. The service techs were awesome. I was shown how to operate all the functions of my Dutchman hybrid. The awning needed to be replaced but they didn't have it in stock but I was told that it would be ordered and I would be called when it was in. I received a call and set up a day to replace the awning. Finance was handled expertly by Mark Evans. I would recommend Wilkins to all my friends and family. It is well worth the drive to get such outstanding service from everybody at the Bath, NY Wilkins RV store. They are even pet friendly! More

Poor Customer Service- Lack of follow through So disappointed!! My husband and I purchased our new camper in early April and were promised delivery by Memorial Day. Well, about 3 weeks before Memorial Day, we were given a 'sorry' and a new date of June 5. June 5th has now come and gone and we still have no camper and no answers as to when we can expect our camper. We have been passed around from Salesperson to Manager and have been treated as though we are nothing but a burden to them. Will definitely not be recommending Wilkens RV to anyone. Buyer beware!! More

I spoke with Tammy on the phone and we touched base a co We originally found Wilkins RV when searching online for a Flagstaff 8529ikbs last February. I spoke with Tammy on the phone and we touched base a couple of times by email. Tammy provided us with information and offered to have the coach ready to look at whenever we were ready. There was never any pushy 'sales pitch' conversation, she was very pleasant. When we finally decided we were serious about shopping in May, we made the 4 hour trip to the showroom. Rich was our sales person. He honed right in on what was important to us and showed us a few coaches that met our needs. We made our decision and an appointment to pick up the following Saturday. We stayed Friday night in the campground at the dealership. Mark, the gentleman we worked with in finance, shared the names of a couple of great places for dinner and breakfast. On Saturday, we had a very thorough demo of our Flagstaff by Ken, a tour of the store by Joe and final paperwork completed with Mark and Hannah. Pleasant and friendly crew. Thank you! More

Sales people are clueless I was looking to buy a new RV and talk to the salesperson Christopher Carpino. I knew the camper I want to buy we sat down and worked out a deal he said they would pay off our trailer and we would put down a certain amount for the down payment I ask how much I was getting for the trailer he said don't worry we are paying it off well guess again we wound up owing more on are trailer and the down payment we agreed to wasn't enough and they want us to put 9 more grand this was after they put two hits on are credit and speaking with the finace guy he treats you like a dumb person when you are asking question the only good person I talk to was the internet person Kimberly who was wonderful and helpful to a point after the deal started to fall apart even she disappeared long story not so short would never deal with this place again and recommend no one else done they are getting to big for there own good More

Then Tim gave us the walk-through. He was outstanding; covering basically everything about the unit, including some helpful hints with various aspects of the rig. Then we were introduced to Joe, who covered what the store has to offer, including specials. Most importantly, he made sure to include the items that are most important for keeping the rig in good condition, for a long time. Then to top it off, Ally went above and beyond to retrieve a regulator we forgot at Wilkin's, and mailed it back to us. More

Friendly and extremely helpful staff Everyone was friendly and helpful from the first phone call to pick-up of our first Pop-up camper! It was hard to choose from their large selection of campers. They worked with us by lower the price on our camper so we were able to finance it. Not many dealers will do that. Can't wait to go camping! Plan on returning when ready to upgrade! More
